The forklift attachment for transportation of metal and plastic L-ring barrels is available in a design with one, two or three height-adjustable grab heads. The grab approaches the standing barrels from the top onto the edge of the barrels and opens automatically when setting down. The holding jaws are equipped with a strong rubber coating and protect the barrels during transportation. Includes chain as protection against unintended slipping.

This is a work-facilitating grab, safely mounted forklift attachment on the fork prongs for grabbing and moving of ring and beaded barrels.

Simply drive up to the standing filled barrel, position under the bead groove and clamp. The grab opens at a light pressure and clamps the barrel past the middle almost over the whole circumference. Includes chain as protection against unintended slipping.

The barrel grab will be positioned over the lying barrel and then locked with the grabbing hook. Two rubber
plugs on the opposite side secure the barrel without damage. The forklift attachment is fixed by wing screws to the fork prong.

Tipping and putting up one or two barrels can be comfortably performed by rope pull from the driver’s cabin. The rope pull has to be operated for tipping the lying barrel. The barrel turning unit has to be placed vertically for picking up standing barrels and the barrel is tilted with the forklift. The locking mechanism locks automatically at an inclination angle of 8°. Simply lift the forklift hydraulic and load the barrel.
